Karen Pelt is a skilled Massage Therapist and Certified Health Coach with a passion for helping others feel their best inside and out. With a holistic approach to wellness, she empowers clients to achieve lasting health through personalized care and guidance.

Brandon Gray

Trainer/Coach

Brandon Gray is an energetic Trainer and Certified LesMills Instructor known for his high-intensity step classes. With a focus on motivation and form, he helps clients push past their limits and have fun while doing it.
